3. Donations

  • All donations made to Smile4mation are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • Donations will be used at the sole discretion of Smile4mation to support its mission, programs, operations, and beneficiaries.
  • Smile4mation reserves the right to redirect donations to similar initiatives where the original campaign objective has been fulfilled or is no longer feasible.
  • Donors may request information regarding the impact of their contributions, subject to beneficiary privacy and organizational policies.

4. Beneficiary Participation

  • Participation in Smile4mation programs is voluntary.
  • Beneficiaries may be required to provide accurate information during the application and assessment process.
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or receipt of assistance.
  • Smile4mation reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for all programs and initiatives.
  • Beneficiaries are expected to cooperate with program requirements and conduct themselves respectfully throughout their engagement with the organization.

5. Media Consent

  • By participating in Smile4mation programs, beneficiaries, volunteers, and event attendees may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, educational, archival, and reporting purposes.
  • Smile4mation will make reasonable efforts to obtain consent prior to the use of identifiable images or recordings.
  • Participants may withdraw consent for future use by submitting a written request, subject to materials already published or distributed.
  • Smile4mation is committed to preserving the dignity, privacy, and safety of all individuals featured in its content.

6. Volunteer Engagement

  • Volunteers must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and ethical manner at all times.
  • Volunteers shall comply with all applicable Smile4mation policies, procedures, and instructions.
  • Smile4mation reserves the right to suspend or terminate volunteer participation at its discretion for misconduct, breach of policy, or behavior inconsistent with the organization’s values.
  • Volunteers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any sensitive information obtained during their service.

7. Partnerships and Sponsorships

  • All partnerships and sponsorship agreements shall be subject to separate written agreements where applicable.
  • Smile4mation reserves the right to decline or terminate partnerships that conflict with its mission, values, or legal obligations.
